Canada conducted Express Entry Draw #238 on January 18,
2023, issuing a total of 490 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent
residence. This draw was an open draw with no program-specific restrictions,
meaning candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class,
and Federal Skilled Trades programs were all eligible to receive an invitation.
A total of 5,500 candidates in the Express Entry pool were
considered, with invitations extended to those meeting the required
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw. This offers qualified
candidates an opportunity to apply for Canadian permanent residence and take a
significant step toward living and working in Canada.
