Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #186 on July
20, 2023, issuing 595 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled
Worker Overseas stream.
Eligible candidates were directly invited by the Manitoba
Provincial Nominee Program under strategic recruitment initiatives. The
lowest-ranked candidate in this draw had a ranking score of 611, highlighting
the competitive selection process.
Of the 595 LAAs issued, 340 were granted to candidates who
declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code,
providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
