Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – March 8, 2024

Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #212 on March 8, 2024, issuing 104 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This draw specifically targeted candidates under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream through a strategic recruitment initiative.

Candidates selected in this draw were those who declared that they had been directly invited by the MPNP, reflecting Manitoba’s continued focus on employer-driven and occupation-specific recruitment to meet provincial labour market needs. The lowest-ranked candidate invited had a ranking score of 614, offering opportunities for qualified overseas applicants.

Of the 104 LAAs issued in this draw, 20 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, creating a streamlined pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence through Express Entry.

This targeted Skilled Worker Overseas draw highlights Manitoba’s proactive approach to addressing workforce shortages through international recruitment while aligning with Canada’s broader immigration system.

A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation assists applicants under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream by assessing eligibility, reviewing ranking scores, and guiding candidates through the Manitoba nomination and Express Entry processes.
