Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #195 on
September 28, 2023, issuing a total of 1,072 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
Eligible candidates were directly invited by the Manitoba
Provincial Nominee Program under strategic recruitment initiatives. The
lowest-ranked candidate invited in this draw had a ranking score of 605,
highlighting the competitive selection process.
Of the 1,072 LAAs issued, 504 were granted to candidates who
declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code,
offering a pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
