Dr. Muhammad Abrar is an immigration lawyer, well-known international scholar, University lecturer, mentor, author, Manitoba immigration statistical analyst and pro bono service worker. He is running an immigration law firm based in Winnipeg, MB Canada.

Muhammad has obtained his PhD in Law from Glasgow University, UK and LLM & LLB from IIUI. He has published a Book by Oxford University Publishers (OUP). He has written numerous articles in well-known, scholarly, peer reviewed & international journals. Moreover, he has presented his research on different forums internationally.

He is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba (LSMB), Canadian Bar Association (CBA), Refugee Lawyer Association (RLA), Manitoba Foreign Worker Recruitment License Holder (WRAPA) and Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA).
