International Education Stream (MPNP)
A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation
International Education Stream (MPNP)
The International
Education Stream (IES) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program
(MPNP) is tailored for international graduates of Manitoba post-secondary
institutions. It provides faster nomination pathways for students who
demonstrate the skills, adaptability, and intent to remain in Manitoba.
The IES focuses on retaining Manitoba-educated talent by offering nomination opportunities to international graduates who have completed eligible programs in the province. Instead of relying solely on labour market recruitment, the stream supports students transitioning directly into Manitoba’s workforce or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
