Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – April 30, 2024

Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine Draw #25 on April 30, 2024, issuing 451 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This draw marks another significant step in Manitoba’s ongoing humanitarian response to the situation in Ukraine.

Aligned with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures, this draw targeted candidates affected by events in Ukraine who meet all MPNP eligibility requirements. With 451 LAAs issued, this was one of the largest Ukraine-focused draws of 2024, providing a valuable pathway to permanent residence for eligible applicants.

These regular Expression of Interest draws demonstrate Manitoba’s commitment to combining humanitarian support with long-term settlement and economic integration for displaced individuals.
