All-Program Draw Issues 4,750 ITAs with CRS Cut-Off of 491
On November 23, 2022, IRCC held Express Entry Draw #236, maintaining its pattern of large All-Program draws. In this round, 4,750
Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued yet again, and the minimum CRS score
dropped further to 491.
This draw reinforced a clear trend:
✔ High-volume invitations
✔ Consistently falling CRS thresholds
✔ Growing accessibility for skilled workers
With the CRS cut-off now in the low 490s, candidates who had
been waiting on the edge of eligibility were finally seeing real movement. The
stable number of ITAs showed that IRCC was confident in its processing capacity
and committed to meeting immigration targets.
It also emphasized the importance of being ready to act
quickly once invited, as processing timelines were moving faster again.
At A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation, we help candidates:
✔ Monitor CRS trends strategically
✔ Keep Express Entry profiles fully updated
✔ Prepare PR applications with speed and accuracy
Draw #236 confirmed that by late 2022, Express Entry was in
full stride — inviting thousands and steadily lowering the bar for skilled
workers worldwide.
