Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under a No Program Specified (All-Program)
draw.
This draw invited candidates across all Express
Entry-managed programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades Program
(FSTP). By holding an all-program draw, IRCC aimed to select skilled
candidates who could quickly integrate into Canada’s labour market and
contribute to the economy.
The large number of ITAs issued once again highlights
Canada’s strong immigration targets for 2023 and its focus on attracting
skilled professionals from a wide range of occupations.
