Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
conducted Express Entry Draw #246 on April 12, 2023, issuing 3,500
Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under a No Program Specified (All-Program)
draw. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required
for this draw was 486.
This draw invited candidates from across the Express
Entry-managed programs, including the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and Federal Skilled Trades Program
(FSTP). Compared to the previous draw (#245), the CRS cut-off increased
slightly while the number of ITAs issued was reduced, reflecting IRCC’s dynamic
approach to managing application intake.
Despite the higher CRS threshold, this all-program draw
continued to offer strong opportunities for skilled professionals aiming to
secure Canadian permanent residence in 2023.
A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation provides
