On April 10, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) held Express Entry Draw #292, inviting 1,280 candidates in a
general category round. The minimum CRS score required for this draw was 549,
marking one of the higher thresholds so far in 2024.
General draws select candidates from the Canadian Experience
Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and Federal Skilled Trades
Program (FSTP). A CRS cut-off of 549 indicates that candidates with strong
language results, skilled work experience, advanced education, or additional
factors like provincial nominations had the best chances of receiving an
Invitation to Apply.
For those planning their Canadian immigration journey,
