Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #135 on
January 27, 2022, issuing a total of 315 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under various streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 212 candidates were invited, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 609. This stream focuses
on applicants currently employed in Manitoba in occupations that align with the
province’s labour market needs.
The International Education Stream issued 40 LAAs to
eligible candidates who graduated from post-secondary institutions, supporting
international graduates contributing to Manitoba’s workforce.
For the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 63 candidates were
invited under strategic recruitment initiatives, with the lowest-ranked
candidate scoring 703.
Of the 315 LAAs issued in this draw, 69 were granted to
candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker
validation code, offering a direct pathway from provincial nomination to
federal permanent residence.
