MPNP Expression of Interest Draw #253

The 253rd MPNP Expression of Interest (EOI) draw was held on September 4, 2025, targeting multiple streams under Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program:

1. International Education Stream
This stream considered profiles that met International Education Stream eligibility requirements.

  • Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 1,866

2. Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Citizens of Ukraine Selection
This stream considered profiles that met Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway eligibility requirements and had a principal applicant who is a citizen of Ukraine.

  • Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 1,466

3. Skilled Worker Stream – Strategic Recruitment Initiative
This stream included profiles submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba or Skilled Worker Overseas pathways, directly invited by MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

  • Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 15
  • Lowest ranking score invited: 812

Breakdown of strategic recruitment initiatives:

  • Employer Services: 4
  • Francophone Community: 7
  • Regional Communities: 3
  • Ethnocultural Communities: 1

Of the 3,347 LAAs issued in this draw, 415 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

So far in 2025, a total of 4,905 candidates have received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in MPNP draws, including this draw.

This draw reflects Manitoba’s continued commitment to supporting international graduates, Ukrainian skilled workers, and other strategic skilled worker initiatives to meet provincial labour market needs.

Candidates who receive an LAA now have 60 days to submit their provincial nomination application to MPNP.
