Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – January 30, 2023

Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine Draw #10 on January 30, 2023, issuing a total of 21 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

This draw was held as part of the Manitoba government’s ongoing response to the situation in Ukraine and aligns with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for individuals affected by the conflict. Eligible candidates who met all MPNP criteria and were impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine were considered through this targeted Expression of Interest draw.

Through these special measures, Manitoba continues to provide immigration pathways to those facing displacement, while supporting humanitarian objectives and strengthening the province’s workforce with skilled newcomers.
