Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #142 on
April 7, 2022, issuing a total of 223 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under
various Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) streams.
● Skilled Worker in
Manitoba: 156 LAAs issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate receiving a score
of 739.
● International
Education Stream: 34 LAAs issued.
● Skilled Worker
Overseas: 33 LAAs issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate receiving a score of
683.
Of the 223 LAAs issued in this draw, 30 were granted to
candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker
validation code, providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal
permanent residence.
