On September 26, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) conducted Express Entry Draw #265, an all-program draw where
candidates from all Express Entry programs were considered.
In this round, 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were
issued, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 504. As a
no-program-specified draw, candidates from the Federal Skilled Worker Program,
Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Provincial
Nominee Program were all eligible for selection.
The CRS cutoff of 504 reflected continued competitiveness in
the Express Entry pool during late 2023, particularly for candidates without
provincial nominations or category-based advantages. This draw emphasized the
importance of strong core human capital factors such as age, education, work
experience, and language proficiency.
A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation supports
Express Entry applicants with CRS evaluation, profile optimization,
documentation review, and strategic planning to help candidates stay
competitive and prepared for future draws.
