On July 18, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) held Express Entry Draw #305, issuing 1,800 Invitations to Apply
(ITAs) under the French language proficiency category. The minimum CRS score
required for this round was 400, providing another opportunity for strong
French-speaking candidates to advance toward Canadian permanent residency.
French category-based draws have been the most frequent type
of Express Entry rounds this year, reflecting Canada’s commitment to increasing
Francophone immigration outside Quebec. With a CRS cut-off of 400, this draw
shows how language proficiency can significantly boost a candidate’s chances,
even if their overall CRS score may be lower than general draws.
For applicants who meet the French language requirements,
these draws offer a strategic pathway to permanent residency.
A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation can help you
