On August 14, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) held Express Entry Draw #309, inviting 3,200 candidates under the
Canadian Experience Class (CEC). The minimum CRS score required for this round
was 509, marking the lowest score of the year so far and offering an excellent
opportunity for skilled workers with Canadian experience.
CEC draws continue to be a primary pathway for temporary
residents, including international graduates and skilled workers already
employed in Canada. With a CRS cut-off of 509, candidates with Canadian work
experience, strong language proficiency, and post-secondary education had a
competitive advantage in receiving an Invitation to Apply.
For applicants looking to pursue permanent residency through
the CEC, maintaining a complete and accurate Express Entry profile is essential
to maximize the chances of selection in such rounds.
A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation can help you
assess your eligibility for the CEC, strengthen your CRS profile, and guide you
