Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #260 on December 18, 2025, inviting candidates under the Skilled Worker Stream through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. A total of 63 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this draw. Of the 63 LAAs issued, 8 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, offering them a potential pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
