Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #260 on December 18, 2025, inviting candidates under the Skilled Worker Stream through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. This draw focused on profiles submitted under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway and the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway that declared receiving a direct invitation from the MPNP through a strategic recruitment initiative.
A total of 63 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued in this draw. Invitations were distributed across several strategic recruitment initiatives, with 27 LAAs issued to candidates supported by the Francophone Community, reflecting Manitoba’s continued commitment to Francophone immigration. Employer Services accounted for 10 invitations, while Regional Communities received 5 LAAs. Additionally, 21 candidates were invited under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program Candidates (TPP), highlighting Manitoba’s efforts to retain workers already contributing to the province’s labour market.
Of the 63 LAAs issued, 8 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, offering them a potential pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
This draw underscores Manitoba’s targeted approach to immigration, prioritizing candidates who meet specific labour market and community needs through strategic recruitment. A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation assists applicants across all MPNP streams by evaluating eligibility, reviewing strategic recruitment invitations, and guiding candidates through each stage of the provincial nomination process.
