Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – November 6, 2025

Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #257 on November 6, 2025, issuing a total of 47 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker Stream of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

This draw considered profiles submitted under both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways that declared receiving a direct invitation from the MPNP through a strategic recruitment initiative. The selection reflects Manitoba’s continued reliance on targeted immigration to address workforce shortages and support community-driven economic growth.

The 47 LAAs issued in this draw were distributed across the following strategic initiatives:

       Francophone Community: 18 LAAs

       Regional Communities: 12 LAAs

       Employer Services: 11 LAAs

       Ethnocultural Communities: 4 LAAs

Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective PNP Candidates (TPP): 2 LAAs

The strong allocation to Francophone and Regional Community streams highlights Manitoba’s priority to strengthen minority-language communities and support workforce needs outside major urban centres.

Of the 47 LAAs issued, 10 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, allowing for faster federal processing after provincial nomination.

This draw demonstrates Manitoba’s strategic approach to immigration—focusing on employer-driven demand, regional development, Francophone immigration, and community-based recruitment rather than broad score-based invitations.
