Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #15 on June 26, 2023, issuing a total of 49 Letters of Advice to Apply
(LAAs).
This draw is part of Manitoba’s ongoing response to the
situation in Ukraine and aligns with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada’s special immigration measures for individuals affected by the conflict.
The draw is intended for candidates who meet all MPNP eligibility criteria and
have been impacted by ongoing events in Ukraine.
