The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held
Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #48 on July 9, 2018, issuing a total of 132
Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) through the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
This draw reflected Manitoba’s ongoing efforts to attract skilled professionals
from outside Canada who have the potential to contribute to the province’s
workforce and economy.

All 132 invitations were issued to candidates in the Skilled
Worker Overseas stream.

This pathway targets skilled applicants residing outside
Canada who demonstrate the qualifications, work experience, and potential to
successfully settle in Manitoba. Candidates are assessed based on factors such
as education, skilled work experience, language proficiency, and alignment with
the province’s labour market priorities.
EOI Draw #48 highlights Manitoba’s strategic focus on
attracting overseas talent to meet provincial labour market needs. By selecting
candidates with strong human capital and settlement potential, the program
