Manitoba has officially kicked off 2026 with its first
Expression of Interest (EOI) draw, held on January 15, 2026, under the Manitoba
Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In this draw, the province issued a total of 55 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to candidates under the Skilled Worker
Stream.
This draw focused on profiles submitted through the Skilled
Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways, specifically those who
had been directly invited by the MPNP under strategic recruitment initiatives.
These initiatives are designed to meet Manitoba’s targeted labour market and
community needs.
