Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #136 on February 10, 2022, issuing a total of 273 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across multiple streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 202 candidates were invited, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 615. This stream targets applicants currently employed in Manitoba in occupations that meet the province’s labour market needs.

The International Education Stream issued 40 LAAs to eligible international graduates, supporting their integration into Manitoba’s workforce.

For the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 31 candidates were invited under strategic recruitment initiatives, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 705.

Of the 273 LAAs issued in this draw, 68 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enabling a direct pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
