Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #137 on
February 24, 2022, issuing a total of 278 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across multiple streams of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 206 candidates were invited, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 612. This stream targets
applicants currently employed in Manitoba in occupations that align with the
province’s labour market priorities.
The International Education Stream issued 33 LAAs to
eligible international graduates contributing to Manitoba’s workforce.
For the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 39 candidates were
invited under strategic recruitment initiatives, with the lowest-ranked
candidate scoring 685.
Of the 278 LAAs issued in this draw, 66 were granted to
candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker
validation code, enabling a pathway from provincial nomination to federal
permanent residence.
