The 365th Express Entry draw was conducted on September
4, 2025, targeting candidates with French Language Proficiency (Version
1).
In this round, 4,500 invitations were issued to candidates with a minimum
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 446.
So far in 2025, a total of 25,500 candidates has received invitations under the French Language Proficiency category,
including the previous draws on February 19, March 6, March 21, and August 8,
2025.
This draw reflects Canada’s ongoing commitment to attracting skilled French-speaking workers outside Quebec, supporting the growth of Francophone communities across the country.

Successful candidates who received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) will have 60 days to submit their permanent residence application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
