Strategic Recruitment Initiative stream.
This draw considered profiles that were directly invited
by the MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

So far in 2025, a total of 685 candidates have
received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in MPNP draws, including this
draw.
This draw reflects Manitoba’s continued efforts to attract
skilled overseas workers to meet provincial labour market priorities.
Candidates who receive an LAA now have 60 days to
submit their provincial nomination application to MPNP.
