MPNP Expression of Interest Draw #236 – January 9, 2025

The 236th MPNP Expression of Interest (EOI) draw was held on January 9, 2025, targeting multiple streams under Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program:

1. Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Completed Post-Secondary Study in Manitoba
This stream considered profiles where the applicant or their spouse had completed post-secondary education in Manitoba.

  • Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 145
  • Lowest ranking score invited: 838

2. Skilled Worker Overseas – Region-specific selection (Winkler)
This stream considered profiles declaring Manitoba destination as Winkler.

  • Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued: 52
  • Lowest ranking score invited: 615

So far in 2025, a total of 197 candidates have received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in these streams combined.

This draw reflects Manitoba’s continued focus on retaining skilled graduates within the province and meeting regional labour market needs through targeted overseas selection.

Candidates who receive an LAA now have 60 days to submit their provincial nomination application to MPNP.
