All-Program Draw Issues 2,750 ITAs with CRS Cut-Off of 516
On August 31, 2022, IRCC held Express Entry Draw #230,
continuing with the All-Program draw format. In this round, 2,750 Invitations
to Apply (ITAs) were issued, the largest draw since All-Program invitations
resumed and the minimum CRS score
dropped again to 516.
This draw marked a major milestone in the 2022 Express Entry
recovery phase. The growing number of ITAs and the steadily falling CRS cut-off
showed that the system was clearly regaining stability and accessibility for
skilled workers worldwide.
ITAs increased from 2,250 to 2,750, showing strong intake
momentum. CRS dropped from 525 to 516, making PR achievable for more mid-range
candidates and all Express Entry programs remained fully included
This draw opened the door wider for Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience
Class, and Federal Skilled Trades candidates who had been waiting since early
2022. Profiles that were previously just below the threshold were now entering
competitive territory.
It also confirmed that IRCC was confident in handling larger
volumes again, bringing Express Entry closer to its pre-pandemic rhythm.
