All-Program Draw Issues 4,750 ITAs with CRS Cut-Off of 494
On November 9, 2022, IRCC conducted Express Entry Draw #235, continuing with high-volume All-Program draws. In this round, 4,750 Invitations
to Apply (ITAs) were issued once again, and the minimum CRS score dropped
further to 494.
This draw confirmed that Express Entry had fully regained
momentum. With back-to-back large draws and steadily declining CRS thresholds,
the system was clearly moving toward a more inclusive and balanced phase.
● ITAs held steady at
4,750, showing consistent intake
● CRS dropped from
496 to 494, opening space for more candidates
● Mid-to-high 400 CRS
profiles were now fully competitive.
It also highlighted how important it was to stay active and
accurate in the Express Entry pool — even small CRS improvements could now make
a difference.
At A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation, we support
candidates by tracking CRS movements, optimizing Express Entry profiles &
preparing strong PR applications quickly.
Draw #235 showed that by November 2022, Express Entry had
fully reopened its doors, and skilled workers around the world were moving
closer to Canadian permanent residence.
