A total of 3,800 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued,
with the lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score being 375, reflecting
IRCC’s emphasis on attracting French-speaking skilled workers to support
Canada’s bilingual workforce needs.
