The 366th Express Entry draw was held on September
15, 2025, targeting candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program
(PNP) category.
A total of 228 invitations were issued to candidates with a minimum
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 746.
So far in 2025, a total of 6,947 candidates has received invitations under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) category.
This draw continues Canada’s efforts to invite skilled workers nominated by provinces to meet regional labor market demands. Candidates with a PNP nomination automatically receive an additional 600 CRS points, significantly improving their chances of receiving an invitation.

Successful candidates who received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) will have 60 days to submit their permanent residence application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
