invited by MPNP under a strategic recruitment initiative.

So far in 2025, a total of 1,444 candidates have received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in MPNP draws, including

This draw reflects Manitoba’s ongoing efforts to attract
skilled workers through targeted initiatives to meet provincial labour market
priorities.
Candidates who receive an LAA now have 60 days to
submit their provincial nomination application to MPNP.
