Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted Express Entry Draw #247 on April 26, 2023, issuing 3,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under a No Program Specified (All-Program) draw. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required in this round was 483.
This draw included candidates from all Express Entry-managed programs, such as the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program. Compared to the previous draw, the CRS cut-off decreased slightly, indicating improved chances for candidates with mid-to-high CRS scores.
The April 26 draw reaffirmed IRCC’s continued focus on maintaining steady all-program invitations in early 2023, offering consistent opportunities for skilled workers seeking Canadian permanent residence.
