2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held Express Entry
Draw #290, inviting 1,980 candidates in a general category round. The minimum
CRS score required for this draw was 524, showing continued competitiveness
among applicants across all Express Entry programs.
General draws
consider candidates from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled
Worker Program (FSWP), and Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). With a cut-off score of 524, this round provided opportunities for applicants with
strong language results, skilled work experience, and post-secondary education
to secure an Invitation to Apply.
