Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #13 on April 17, 2023, issuing a total of 28 Letters of Advice to Apply
(LAAs).
This draw is part of Manitoba’s ongoing response to the
situation in Ukraine and aligns with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada’s special immigration measures for those affected. It provides a pathway
for individuals who meet all MPNP eligibility criteria and are impacted by
ongoing events in Ukraine to apply for provincial nomination.
