Just a week after previous draw, Manitoba conducted
Expression of Interest Draw #177 on April 27, 2023, issuing a total of 558
Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
Eligible candidates were directly invited by the MPNP under
a strategic recruitment initiative. The lowest-ranked candidate invited had a
score of 616, reflecting the competitive selection process for this draw.
Of the 558 LAAs issued, 344 were granted to candidates who
declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code,
providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
