Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #192 on
August 31, 2023, issuing a total of 288 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under
the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream.
This draw focused on region-specific selection, inviting
profiles of candidates currently employed in Manitoba who declared their
intention to reside in a community outside the city of Winnipeg. The
lowest-ranked candidate invited in this draw had a ranking score of 600,
reflecting the competitive nature of the selection.
Of the 288 LAAs issued, 127 were granted to candidates who
declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code,
providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
