Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #204 on
December 21, 2023, issuing a total of 1,113 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
Eligible candidates were directly invited through strategic
recruitment initiatives, reflecting the province’s ongoing efforts to attract
skilled workers to Manitoba. The lowest-ranked candidate invited in this draw
had a ranking score of 601, highlighting the competitive selection process.
Of the 1,113 LAAs issued, 529 were granted to candidates who
declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code,
providing a direct pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent
residence.
