Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – December 28, 2023

Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #205 on December 28, 2023, issuing a total of 254 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas streams.

Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 160 candidates were invited under the Close Relative in Manitoba selection. Eligible profiles included applicants who declared a Manitoba supporter who is a close relative, a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, an established resident of Manitoba, and has been living in Manitoba for at least one year. The lowest-ranked candidate in this stream had a ranking score of 612.

The International Education Stream issued 67 LAAs to candidates meeting the eligibility requirements, supporting international graduates contributing to Manitoba’s workforce.

For the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 27 candidates were invited through strategic recruitment initiatives, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 698.

Of the 254 LAAs issued in this draw, 53 were granted to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal permanent residence.
