Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #12 on March 20, 2023, issuing a total of 34 Letters of Advice to Apply
(LAAs).
As part of the Manitoba government’s ongoing response to the
situation in Ukraine and in alignment with Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for affected individuals,
this draw targeted candidates who meet all MPNP eligibility criteria and are
impacted by ongoing events in Ukraine.
This draw provided a dedicated pathway for Ukrainian
nationals to obtain provincial nomination and work toward permanent residence
in Canada, supporting Manitoba’s commitment to humanitarian assistance and
skilled workforce growth.
