Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Draw – March 26, 2024

Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine Draw #24 on March 26, 2024, issuing 179 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). This draw marked the third consecutive Ukraine-focused draw, reflecting Manitoba’s ongoing humanitarian response to the situation in Ukraine.

Aligned with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures, this draw targeted candidates who meet all MPNP eligibility requirements and are directly affected by events in Ukraine. The initiative provides displaced individuals with a structured pathway to permanent residence while supporting Manitoba’s communities and workforce.

The continued series of Ukraine-focused draws demonstrates Manitoba’s commitment to combining humanitarian support with long-term settlement and economic integration for eligible applicants.
