After nearly a month without a draw, Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #198 on November 2, 2023, issuing a total of 400 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas streams.

Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 204 candidates were invited, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 785. This draw considered all eligible profiles submitted under the provincial skilled worker pathway.
