Manitoba conducted Expression of Interest Draw #201 on
November 30, 2023, issuing a total of 268 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and
Skilled Worker Overseas streams.
Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 148 candidates were invited through the close relative in Manitoba selection. Eligible
profiles included those who declared a Manitoba Supporter as a close relative
who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, an established resident of
Manitoba, and has been residing in the province for at least one year. The
lowest-ranked candidate in this category scored 610.
The International Education Stream issued 82 LAAs to
candidates meeting the eligibility requirements, supporting international
graduates contributing to Manitoba’s workforce.
For the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 38 candidates were
invited under strategic recruitment initiatives, with the lowest-ranked
candidate scoring 720.
Of the 268 LAAs issued in this draw, 50 were granted to
candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker
validation code, providing a pathway from provincial nomination to federal
permanent residence.
