Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #17 on August 25, 2023, issuing a total of 22 Letters of Advice to Apply
(LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
This draw was part of the Manitoba government’s ongoing
response to the situation in Ukraine and aligned with Immigration, Refugees and
Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for individuals affected by
the conflict. Eligible candidates were invited to apply through the MPNP after
meeting all program criteria, providing a streamlined pathway for those
impacted by ongoing events in Ukraine.
