Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #18 on September 29, 2023, issuing a total of 42 Letters of Advice to
Apply (LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
This draw was part of Manitoba’s ongoing response to the
situation in Ukraine and aligned with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada’s special immigration measures for affected individuals. Eligible
candidates who met all MPNP criteria were invited to apply, providing a
streamlined pathway for those impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine.

eligibility assessment, application preparation, and guidance throughout the
