Manitoba conducted Special Immigration Measure – Ukraine
Draw #19 on November 3, 2023, issuing a total of 36 Letters of Advice to Apply
(LAAs) under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
This draw was part of Manitoba’s ongoing response to the
situation in Ukraine and aligned with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship
Canada’s special immigration measures for those affected. Eligible candidates
who met all MPNP criteria were invited to apply, providing a streamlined
pathway for individuals impacted by the conflict.
