Manitoba PNP Expression of Interest Draw #30

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw #30 on May 30, 2017, issuing a total of 401 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas streams. This draw highlighted Manitoba’s continued focus on selecting skilled candidates capable of contributing to the province’s labour market and economic development.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba

Under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, 258 candidates received invitations to apply for provincial nomination.

Lowest score invited: 735

This stream targets applicants already employed in Manitoba. Candidates with steady employment, relevant work experience, and strong language skills generally achieve higher rankings in the Expression of Interest system.

Skilled Worker Overseas

The Skilled Worker Overseas stream issued 143 invitations to applicants residing outside Canada.

Lowest score invited: 706

This pathway focuses on skilled professionals abroad who demonstrate the education, work experience, and language proficiency necessary to integrate successfully into Manitoba’s workforce. Invitations are issued based on alignment with provincial labour market needs and settlement potential.

EOI Draw #30 reflected Manitoba’s multi-stream approach, combining skilled workers already in the province with overseas applicants who possess in-demand skills. Tracking draw results, score thresholds, and eligibility requirements remains essential for prospective applicants under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
